What do I need to do to join?
Do I have to be a Swisscom customer to join tiko?
No, you can join tiko independently from your home or mobile telecommunications provider.
Is my equipment compatible?
Yes, if it is one of the electrical heating systems below:
You can also connect your hot water system.
I own an apartment in a multi-dwelling unit, can I still participate?
To participate you will need the agreement of all the owners of the multi-dwelling unit.
I am renting an apartment, can I still participate?
To participate you will need the authorization of the owner of the heating systems.
Once I register what's going to happen?
Please note that you can cancel your order for free until 4 days before the date when your installation is scheduled. After this date, a fixed fee of min. CHF 100.- will be retained on your refund.
