If you already are a tiko customer

  • I am already a tiko power customer. Can I also buy tiko storage?

    Yes, of course. tiko power is fully compatible with tiko storage. By cumulating tiko offers, you can optimize your overall energy consumption and save money.

  • I already am a tiko customer - can I reuse my tiko equipment?

    If you're already a tiko customer, you'll reuse your existing equipment, providing it works properly. Our installer will only install the additional equipment needed for tiko storage. This is included in the tiko storage price.

  • I already am a tiko customer - Will I need to add some tiko equipment ?

    tiko storage necessitates to control your PV system and battery on top of the existing equipment controlled by your existing offer. Thus, our installer will install additional equipment needed for tiko storage. This is included in the tiko storage price.

  • I already am a tiko customer - Will I benefit from special prices?

    tiko storage includes a sonnen battery and the tiko equipment. Nevertheless, the tiko equipment is offered to enable customers to join the tiko network and be rewarded for their contribution.
