Your Member Space

  • How can I access the Member Space?

    You can access your Member Space on the tiko.ch Webpage, or by downloading the tiko app on your smartphone or tablet on the Play store (for Android devices) or iTunes (for Apple devices). You will be asked to enter your Login, and your Password. Later, if you have forgotten your password, you will be able to request a new one, by simply clicking the “Have you forgotten your password” button.

  • What's in the Member Space?

    In your Member Space, you will find all relevant information on your account and parameters, useful functionalities like all data in one chart with daily, weekly, months and yearly visualization. In addition you will benefit from useful ratios such as your self-produced vs network-bought energy consumption and the share of your production that you used for your own consumption vs what you sold to the network. If you have more than one tiko product, you will be able to find all their functionalities in your Member Space to manage them easily from your computer, tablet or smartphone.

  • How can I download the tiko app on my Android Smartphone or tablet?

    If your device is running on Android (it's the case of most Samsung, HTC, LG and Sony devices), you need to go into your device menu, then open the Play store. In the Play store, type ""tiko"" in the search bar. Then click on the tiko app by Swisscom Energy Solutions, then select ""install"". It's done ! The app will be installed in your device's menu. To open it, simply tap on it.

  • How can I download the tiko app on my iPhone or my iPad?

    Simply open the App Store, ""type"" tiko in the search engine, select the ""tiko"" app by Swisscom Energy Solutions, then select ""install"". It's done ! The app will be installed in your device's menu. To open it, simply tap on it.

  • I have forgotten my Password to access the Member Space, what should I do?

    You can request a new one by simply clicking the “Retrieve a new password” button.
