How to access it and what's in it
How can I access the Member Space?
You can access your Member Space on the tiko.ch Webpage, or by downloading the tiko app on your smartphone or tablet on the Play store (for Android devices) or iTunes (for Apple devices). You will be asked to enter your Login, and your Password. If you don't have a password yet, or if you have forgotten it, you will be able to request a new one, by simply clicking the “Set a new password” button.
What's in the Member Space?
In your Member Space, you will find all relevant information on your account and settings, including useful functionalities like the Eco Mode to save energy while you’re away and your Alarms, as well as a detailed view of your energy consumption.
How can I download the tiko app on my Android Smartphone or tablet?
If your device is running on Android (it's the case of most Samsung, HTC, LG and Sony devices), and you’re reading this on your tablet or smartphone, simply click here. Otherwise, you need to go into your device menu, then open the Play store. In the Play store, type 'tiko' in the search bar. Then click on the tiko app by Swisscom Energy Solutions, then select 'install'. It's done! The app will be installed in your device's home screen. To open it, simply tap on it.
How can I download the tiko app on my iPhone or my iPad?
If you're reading this on your iPad or iPhone, click here. Otherwise, simply open the App Store, make sure the 'only for iPhone' filter in the top left corner is on (even for your iPad), type 'tiko' in the search engine, select the tiko app by Swisscom Energy Solutions, then select 'install'. It's done! The app will be installed in your device's menu. To open it, simply tap on it.
I have forgotten my Password to access the Member Space, what should I do?
You can set a new one by simply clicking the “Set a new password” button.
